This Refund Policy applies to real-money purchases made in Car Empire Simulator - Karl Newton, including one-off packs (Nitro, Cash, bundles) and VIP subscriptions.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact us at newtonwebdesign.co.uk@gmail.com and we will assist you.

What happens after a refund

When a refund or chargeback is processed, any resources granted by that purchase (Cash, Nitro, VIP entitlement, or bundle contents) are removed from your account. Cash and Nitro balances are clamped at zero — they will not go negative.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a VIP subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep VIP access until then. If your payment method fails, we allow a 3-day grace period before VIP benefits are revoked.
